Rheya is now 3 months old now and her true colors are starting to shine through. She is full of surprises and promises to put a smile on our face daily. We have started training Rheya already and so far she can sit and lay down. There are other things she has learned to without being taught like; sitting for us when we go to put on the leash, barking at the door when she needs to potty, and crate training was almost automatic. We have potty training down but she still goes in the house occasionally when we miss her signal bark :( shame on us. Right now we are teaching her stay, speak and, since she decided to start trying, to retrieve the paper in the morning. Teaching stay is a toughie though. Her leash manners are good but need some work when we go for walks. Half the time I'm pulling her and the other half she's pulling me ??? Her nose controls her too. Once she has a whiff of something she stops at nothing to get her nose to the source of the smell. I plan to do tracking and maybe search and rescue in the future. Now is the time to enroll her in an obedience class. I've looked everywhere and our area seems to have a shortage...but I've found to groups that seem ok. When Rheya was 9 weeks she weighed 16lbs, her height was 13inches and at 10 weeks she weighted 18.6lbs. She is a little less than 16 1/2 in tall now, we tried to weigh her on our scale and it wouldn't register :( Well this is it for now thanks for reading.
